Landmark Estate Agency Services powers the Compliance in a Box solution. Our mission is to help agents deliver faster transactions with more certainty and less risk. We do this by developing innovative customer-led technology solutions to agents daily pains- saving them time, providing more information sooner and allowing them to reallocate time to income-generating activities.
Compliance in a Box cuts through the fog of AML regulations to offer agents clear and easy solutions when it comes to carrying out their due diligence. The business-wide consistency we provide not only helps you comply with regulations but gives you total peace of mind.
Because we understand no two agencies are the same, Compliance in a Box has 3 different options:
1. DIY pay-as-you-go checks - that include ID checks, staff training, example policies, one central system for simple auditing and ongoing support from dedicated experts.
2. A fully Outsourced Service - let our outsourced team handle your AML Compliance for you and remove the headache completely, so you can get back to selling houses.
3. Integrated Solution - our API plugs directly into your existing management system, meaning no double-keying of data, increased efficiencies around on-boarding clients and a more consistent process to demonstrate to HMRC.

Setup / Onboarding
Once the paperwork is received, we have accounts live within 24 hours. Once the account is live, training is arranged at your convenience, either individually or in group sessions. The whole process can be completed within 2 days based on your availability.
