The supplier offers listed on the Kerfuffle website are only available if your enquiry is made via the Kerfuffle website. You can do this by visiting the relevant supplier’s profile page and clicking ‘I’m interested’.

The list of suppliers, or our partners as we prefer to call them, is growing daily. If there is a supplier that you use or that you know of that hasn’t claimed their profile yet them please let us know via the Recommend a product form or by contacting us. Our aim is to build the most comprehensive directory of estate agency suppliers that offer tried and tested products.

If a supplier you’re interested in doesn’t have an offer listed on our site then please do contact us. We have great clout when it comes to negotiating deals because of the number of members we have so definitely some to us first to see what we can do for you.

There is nothing stopping your negotiators and other members of your team joining Kerfuffle. A major benefit is that it will allow them to review suppliers and it’s great to get reviews from active users. Other functionality in the dashboard is probably more appropriate for business owners at the moment but we have a number of new features being worked on that will make this more useful for your team. So in short – yes get them registered even if it is just to review some of your suppliers.

Kerfuffle offer subscription to estate agents. The subscription is used for access to our Kampus for staff training, and for consultancy to business owners to help deliver improvements that increase profits. However, we understand that many agents will not have used consultancy before, so we offer a refund guarantee.

All agents who subscribe to our services can claim their first month's membership fees back if, in the unlikely event that they don't see value in our services, as long as the agent has completed one MOT and their Kerfuffle Dashboard. The request for a refund must be received within the first 30 days of taking up the subscription.
