At PropCall, we act as an extension of your team—handling out-of-hours maintenance calls so you don’t have to. While you switch off, we make sure your tenants and properties are looked after.
We’ll guide tenants through simple fixes via video call, helping avoid unnecessary call-outs. And when it is a genuine emergency? We’ll arrange a contractor—based on your instructions, using your preferred suppliers—always with your best interests in mind.

Our pricing model is based on how much you use our service. We build you a bespoke package based off of the call volumes of your business so you’re only ever paying for what you need.
There are no additional charges for using our OOHs service on Bank holidays, Christmas, Boxing day or New Years Day. We also include cover on religious holidays like Passover or Eid where applicable.
This pricing structure means our service is accessible by business, from a single-person agent with a small portfolio to the largest Property Management brands in the UK.
Setup / Onboarding
We appreciate Property Management is a thankless task that comes with big To Do lists and we are not in the business of making your life any harder than it needs to be. We’ll conduct a short onboarding session to gather some details of your business. In addition to this we’d need a list of your managed properties and your preferred contractors/suppliers. That’s it!
Once our Client Services team has all this information, we can get your service live in less than 5 working days.
