Overview
Sinclair Taylor specialises in debt recovery for the property sector. We work with the UK's leading estate agents, letting agents and property management firms to collect unsettled invoices, rent arrears, ground rents and service charges. We also identify and recover fees that are rightfully due to estate agents for private sales - this is where an Agent has introduced two parties, with the property then being taken off the market and moving to a private sale between the vendor and buyer. Through our COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE monitoring service, we can tell you when one of your withdrawn properties has gone on to sell, and where you may be entitled to claim your agent fees.

Setup / Onboarding
We can check very quickly if one of your withdrawn properties has gone on to be sold and will advise if we believe that an investigation should be undertaken. We can talk you through the steps to fully recovering the fees that you are rightly owed. Just provide us with a list of your withdrawn properties and we'll do the rest. Many agencies we work with were not aware that they were owed fees, until we identified missed commission.
Training & Support
Our Client Services Team will support you in any matters regarding property debt. Our ClientWeb portal enables our clients to check activity on any withdrawn cases placed with us for investigation, view communication with vendors, run bespoke reports, upload documentation and refer new withdrawn cases for our review and investigation. Our client services teams will support with queries and training relating to any of the services we deliver.
