The Property DriveBuy is the UK’s first pocket-based Property Portal, offering estate agencies & hybrid-agents a seamless way to connect with property buyers on the street, in real-time.
The DriveBuy mobile app combines a suite of location-sensitive property search tools, providing buyers with new ways to search and access Agency listings as they explore the areas around them.
Our buyers can then use the application to connect with your negotiators directly, with no third-party handling or delays to delivery.
Our technology aims to deliver a no-nonesense approach to property sourcing, cutting back on ad noise, and delivering the information buyers need to make a purchasing decision.
Leads are delivered to your agency informed and ready to make decisions on their property journey.

We're absolutely free until such time as we deliver to you 5 leads through our app - that way, you can be confident our technology is delivering for you.
Once you've received lead no.6 it's then a £ 199.00 subscription charge, payable every month, with the option to cancel at anytime.
And that £ 199.00 covers your office and up to 5 of your Sales Negotiators.
Want to add more negotiators in to your account? It’s only a £ 20.00 top-up to your monthly subscription fee, per negotiator.
Setup / Onboarding
Our onboarding process typically takes between 1-2 weeks.
We'll require details about: 1) you & your Agency, 2) up to 3 of your preferred Sales Negotiators, and 3) your Property Feed.
After that, it's all down to us. Once your feed in onboarded we'll send you a demo view of your properties in the App - just to make sure everything is looking A-OK - and then you'll go live.
