I've worked in property for 22 years. Starting life as a negotiator with an independent in Newcastle and then joining Countrywide. I made my way to regional manager by age 24 and then left to set up my own business with my business partner, cousin and friend James Baker. We started as a franchise of Countrywide then formed Preston Baker in 2011. We have businesses in mortgages, property development, land promotion, estate agency, town planning, land and new homes.
