Hello. My name is Michelle Gallagher and I am a company director at JDG Estate Agents in Lancaster & Morecambe. I have also been the Senior Branch Valuer for 17 years. I love what do. I have a genuine passion for property.

JDG are locally the market leader in Estate Agency. In the past 29 years, we have sold almost 9000 properties. That's a lot of people moved. That's a lot of valuations and viewings carried out. In some parts of our city, we can say we have moved over half the street!

My background is sales & marketing. My career began in advertising in which I won awards. This moved onto property advertising. My love for property began here and soon I entered the world of Estate Agency.

Out of work, I am still property obsessed. I love to travel, which ultimately involves photographing local property and architecture. I am drawn to Estate Agency windows. Luckily my partner is Mr JDG and he has the same problem, sorry interest! I also love watching property programmes which led to our own Grand Design, a German Huf Haus. I enjoy photography, I like to bake and cook. I've recently learnt to ice skate. I also enjoy spending time in the garden, I actually find weeding therapeutic. Am I getting old?


So what else. I am a chatterbox. I love social media and the results it gets for our clients. I got lost in a shopping centre aged 4. I broke my arm in cartwheel competition aged 10. Aged 18, It took me 6 times to pass my driving test. To me, this proves I am not a quitter. I can actually ballroom dance. I love ducks. I collect brooches and scarfs. I also own a rather moody cat called Nelson and the beautiful cavapoochon Boots. Call into our office - you can meet her as she comes to work each day!
