After a brief stint as an English teacher, I arrived at Reside in 2011 as an administrator with little first-hand experience of the sector, except as a renter myself. My own role grew, as did the company, and I was appointed a Director in 2016.
I have always retained a key philosophy that was drilled into me as a teacher - learn through and from experience to gain new insights of self and practice. As such, in 2018 I continued my progression by completing the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management, and becoming a member of ARLA. Last year, I joined the Propertymark Inspire programme, led by Nathan Emerson, to further advance my knowledge of the industry.
