Christopher Watkin, is the Chief at 'Landlord Farming' and loves helping letting agents attract landlords to their lettings agency.
He has spent the majority of his 31-year career in the property industry gaining experiences in areas such as Surveying, Estate Agency, Franchising and Lettings. While helping Letting Agents attract landlords is his primary job function by day, Christopher is a prolific thought leader in the Estate & Letting Agency industry, having created in excess of 1,500 video interviews of who’s who in the property industry both in the UK and around the globe.
In his spare time, he enjoys walks with his wife Jo and rescue-dog Joey, is also the President of the Local Round Table and enjoys (in semi moderation) a decent pint of Brewdog Punk IPA.
