A chance meeting in 1989 with a friend, who also attended the Duke of York’s Royal Military School, led to the first version of our lettings and management software. After three months we produced version 2 and at that point, we thought we had, the all-singing, all-dancing, software system, that would do anything for a rentals company and excitedly produced our first sales software.

32 years later and after goodness knows how many upgrades, we’ve ended up with no software, but an ecosystem that fits together and enables everything and every element of, the agency world. Whether it’s commercial, residential, sales, property management or even business operations. I’ve had to really deep dive into agency, to understand all of those processes so that we are able to produce and implement fantastic systems, that mirror and improve on those processes.

During that time, we have always been the first with new technology of consequence, not fadware and in being 100% on song with the advances in the industry, we had to really understand the issues from local to global. It may interest you, that my current reading, is all on environmental sustainability and above all automation, so watch that space.
