Track record

Richard has been involved in the property sector for 20 years. During this time, he has worked at Director level in a variety of property related businesses including OneSearch Direct, Manning Stainton, Enact Ltd and ETSOS .

His experience with suppliers on the transactional side combined with time in Estate Agency has given him invaluable insight into and understanding of the house selling/buying process and where the challenges lie.

In 2014, he launched Assured Sale & Progression (ASAP) Ltd with Tony Hill to address those challenges. It now employs over 50 people and he is Managing Director.
