But it works. 

Sure, you’ll get some unsubscribes. 

But that’s good.

Because it sharpens the focus on your future marketing efforts. 

Depending on the size of your database (above 1,000 minimum and well-segmented), I’d be surprised if you didn’t get at least one reply seeking a chat / asking a question etc.
