Agent Rainmaker founder’s role on Propertymark panel
Property expert Sally Lawson will be taking her place on a panel of industry leaders set to discuss key issues impacting letting agents and landlords.
The Agent Rainmaker founder is delighted to be taking part in the upcoming Propertymark One conference, set to be held on 27th June at the OVO Arena Wembley in London.
Sally started her career in the early 90s, setting up her own letting agency and going on to launch a successful franchise before founding Agent Rainmaker – which supports others in the industry to build their business via bootcamps, events and mentoring programmes.
The lettings panel will be chaired by Russell Quirk and other panel members will include Kate Faulkner OBE of propertychecklists.co.uk and Designs on Property, Paul Shamplina of Landlord Action, David Votta – President of ARLA Propertymark, Fran Giltinan of Foxtons, and David Cox of Rightmove.
The conference itself will be hosted by Jenni Falconer who’ll be joined on stage for the welcome and introductions by Nathan Emerson, CEO of Propertymark.
It’s not the first time Sally has appeared at the event – which was previously known as the ARLA conference - having been part of the lettings panel in 2015 and 2016, as well as speaking on stage in 2018 during her time as ARLA President.
She says: “I’m really looking forward to tackling some of the key topics in the lettings industry, during what I’m sure will be an interested and well-informed debate with some of my fellow sector experts.
“Among topics up for discussion will be the future supply of rented homes, achieving EPC ratings, how a change in Government may impact the sector, and what the market may be like in the next six to 18 months.
“Along with the other panels and keynote speeches during the conference, it’s bound to be a day of valuable insights for agents – an event not to be missed!”
