GetAgent helps Hunters generate £4.4m in commission with 1000th completion

 Hunters Celebrates 1,000 Property Sales and £4.4m In Commission Thanks to Partnership with GetAgent

Hunters, one of the UK’s leading estate agents, has successfully completed 1,000 property sales through its partnership with the estate agent comparison site GetAgent.co.uk, generating an estimated £4.4 million in commission.

GetAgent.co.uk, which connects home sellers with top-performing local estate agents based on metrics such as asking price achieved, average sale time, and the number of properties listed, has helped over 800,000 homeowners find their ideal agent since its launch in 2015.

Hunters, founded in 1992, has grown into one of the country’s most prominent lettings and sales agents, with a strong presence in key regions including London, Bristol, the Midlands, Manchester, and East Anglia. Through GetAgent, Hunters has secured over 1,700 property instructions across its 180 branches, with the latest milestone marking the completion of its 1,000th transaction facilitated by the comparison site. Among these transactions, the highest-value sale was a £2.1 million property in Stoke Newington.

Based on an average commission fee of 1.2%, GetAgent estimates that its platform has helped Hunters generate £4.4 million in sales commission.
