GoTo ranked 44 in Sunday Times Tech Track 100

GoTo Group has made it into the Sunday Times’ Tech Track 100. The league table which is in it’s 20th year ranks Britain’s fastest- growing private technology, media and telecoms (TMT) companies by their average annual sales growth over their latest three years of trading.

The estate agency concierge business that was founded by former mortgage advisor Nigel Hoath in 2015 is ranked number 44 in the list with sales growth of 80.07% over the last 3 years. Sales reached £6.4m this year, and the company says that the pandemic boosted demand for its services, with its online auction product seeing a record number of listings in April followed by a record number of property sales in June.

Goto Group brings all of the services involved in the buying and selling process under one roof such as conveyancing, mortgages, surveys, auctions, floorplans, EPC’s and removals. It provides estate agents with an easily customisable website through which home buyers and sellers can access it’s services.

Alex Willis, director at GoTo commented: ’We are absolutely delighted to be included in the Sunday Times Sage Tech Track Top100. Featuring in the prestigious Sunday Times List was an objective of ours when launching the company in January 2016, and it is testament to the hard work and dedication of those involved in the business over the past 5 years.

“The list is based on accounts up to the end of March 2020. The market conditions over Q3 have also seen us receive an unprecedented volume of referrals and instructions across a number of our additional services. We are therefore in an incredibly strong position to continue our upward growth trajectory and potentially feature in an even higher position on next year’s list.

“The wide selection of our products ensures there is at least one of our services agents want to choose from whether it’s auctions, conveyancing, EPCs/Floorplans, mortgages, removals and surveys. Our unique concierge approach ensures that with little effort and resource from the agent, we can create an extremely valuable income stream from any of our services.

“We are excited to be adding additional, unique products to our offering and look forward to continuing to generate significant revenue for our partner agents while providing the end consumer with an enhanced moving experience.’’

Revolut, the digital banking services provider topped the list with it’s pre-paid debit card that helps travellers switch between currencies. The company’s sales growth has been astronomical, averaging 310% annually over three years to hit £162.7m in 2019 - up from £2.4m in 2016.
