Once a commercial agreement is in place, promote your product or service via an exclusive deal to a pre-vetted pool of active estate agents.

Add additional key contacts

Update the key contact details on your Dashboard to ensure any deal enquiry alerts can be actioned immediately, so you can win new business. 

Keep your page up-to-date

All of the content on your Kerfuffle page can be managed via the Supplier Dashboard attached to your key contact's account. 

Prospect nurturing

Add in a list of prospects to provide us with visibility of the businesses and types of businesses you would like us to approach on your behalf.

Grab your widget coding

Head to the 'Resources' area of your Supplier Dashboard to to obtain the java script for your Kerfuffle widget.

Review management

Add in a list of your customers so that we can identify who to approach for reviews and also use it as a look-a-like audience for prospecting.  

Track deals

Use the Deal Tracker feature to track the progress of enquiries made through Kerfuffle.  Log the different stages: spoken to, demo'd, negotiating and won / lost. 

Manage your search criteria

Help us to dish up warm leads by ensuring your company appears in the correct searches on Kerfuffle. You can do this by keeping your Categories up-to-date.

Your Kerfuffle Widget

Embed the Kerfuffle widget on your website to display your latest reviews and overall rating. You have 3 versions to choose from.

Why? For new visitors to your website it provides independent validation of your services and an idea of how consistent your service is too. For existing customers there is a leave a review option to prompt them to share their customer experiences on Kerfuffle.

How to get your widget

- Log in to your key contact's Kerfuffle Dashboard

- Head to the Resource tab

- Copy the java script

- Send to the person managing your website content

Webinars

There are 6 different types of webinars you can record with Kerfuffle and we'll create and share a suite of marketing assets with you to promote the event before and afterwards. 

**As a K-lister, you can book a webinar slot every 4 months.**

Spotlight webinar - pre-recorded*

This is a pre-recorded webinar focused on your company. It's your opportunity to talk about what your company does and how you help agents. The questions and title are decided by you so that you can prepare in advance. These webinars last between 45mins - 1 hr.

Launch webinar - pre-recorded* or live

Got something new to shout about like a new product launch or integration? Let's do a launch webinar and as part of your marketing campaign, we can schedule the webinar so that it ties in with your other marketing and PR activities. Webinars can be live or pre-recorded and last 30mins. 

Partner webinar - pre-recorded* or live
Recently launched a partnership? Invite them to join you on a Partner Spotlight webinar. You can use this opportunity to exclusively launch the partnership, invite guests to discuss their experience so far, or explain the partnership in more detail. These webinars normally last 30 mins.

Panel webinar - live

Invite up to 4 guests to join you on a panel webinar. What has worked well for other suppliers doing panel webinars is inviting on their estate agency customers to talk about their solution and the benefits it brings to their business. These webinars last approximately 1 hr. 

Silver Bullet Interview with David Mintz

At Kerfuffle, we want to showcase products that solve important issues for agents, such as the current stock shortage issue many agents are facing - examples of these Silver Bullet interviews can be found below. 

If your business has a solution to a problem, we want to hear from you. Book a Silver Bullet interview with Marketing Director, David Mintz to summarise how your product or service solves a problem for agents and we’ll get in touch to record a 5-10 minute interview with you where you can demonstrate how you help agents.

3 Men and a PropTech Baby

Invite our consultants to perform an independent review of your product. This can be done for existing products or when launching something like a new solution or integration. Simon Whale, Richard Durrant, and Paul Morgan will record a Gogglebox style video where they record themselves watching your product demo and stop the video to talk about aspects they think are particularly interesting and how they can see agents using it and benefitting from it. You will be given the final sign-off of the video and will have the opportunity to watch it and apply any constructive feedback they provide. Here's an example for Dataloft.

Share insights and thought leadership articles with Kerfuffle members to demonstrate your knowledge of the sector. 

This style of email generates the highest level of engagement from our database when done well as the content is genuinely interesting and helpful and not a sales pitch. 

We will send up to two KnowledgeShare emails out a week from different suppliers to our membership database. K-Listers are entitled to one KnowledgeShare every three months.
