Leading instruction generation tool teases the launch of a brand-new feature, set to redefine prospecting
The UK’s leading instruction generation tool, Spectre, is set to take direct mail marketing to the next level with the launch of its revolutionary new tool.
The details of this brand-new tool have so far been kept under wraps, but Spectre is planning to reveal all during their Showcase Event, titled ‘Prospecting Redefined’.
Spectre will be hosting the highly anticipated virtual event on Wednesday, 20th September at 10:30am, with a record-breaking number of agents already registered to attend.
Commenting on the upcoming Spectre Showcase Event, Heather Staff said: “This is one of the biggest showcase events we’ve ever done with Spectre, and we can’t wait to reveal exactly what we’ve been working on over the past few months.
Spectre’s new feature is a real game-changer within estate agency marketing. It is going to open up the world of direct mail for agents across the country, and help them efficiently target previously untapped instructions in their area.”
In addition to the launch of Spectre’s latest feature, the leading PropTech supplier has also promised the announcement of an entirely new product to sit under the Street Group umbrella, plus a number of other exciting updates on:
- AI letter content generation
- Spectre AI for identifying properties most likely to instruct
- Automated prospecting for significant time savings
- Fee recovery service from withdrawn listings
- Lead capture QR codes
Tom Staff, who will be co-hosting the event alongside Heather and other key members of the Spectre team, commented: “Spectre has not stopped developing and evolving since the platform was launched 8 years ago, and our most recent developments affirm that we’re continuing to lead the way in estate agency prospecting. This Showcase Event is packed full of exciting announcements and updates, and we can’t wait to see you all there.”
