Leads for all: marketing service extended
More letting agents than ever have access to a winning formula for generating landlord leads.
When Agent Marketer launched a year ago, it was only available to members of Agent Rainmaker's ARX group - but it's now been opened up to any UK agent.
The service is run by former ARLA president Sally Lawson and ad specialist Steve Warne, and is already helping businesses generate hundreds of additional leads per month, with impressive conversion rates too.
For example, Homemaker Properties invested just over £1,000 in an ad campaign and has generated an additional £34,500 revenue as a result, as well as generating more than 600 leads at a cost of just £2.02 per lead.
Sally explains: "Our expertise at Agent Rainmaker lies in helping companies build lead generation funnels to help them convert online prospects, while Steve's fantastic at creating ad campaigns which increase the number of people coming into that funnel.
"After working alongside each other for a number of years, we decided to partner up and create Agent Marketer, which essentially guides agents through the whole process from initial campaign ideas through to converting leads into clients.

"We're seeing most of our agents bringing in over 250 leads per month, compared to some agents out there who we know are receiving fewer than ten leads a month even though they're spending money on marketing. The crucial thing here is the monitoring to ensure that costs per lead are kept as low as possible, and making sure the ads are targeting the right landlords at the right time.”
The team then puts together a custom campaign targeted towards specific aligned audiences - such as landlords looking to buy new properties, HMO landlords, or even those looking to sell up.
Ads are created for Facebook, Instagram and Google - plus additional platforms such as YouTube for those opting for a growth or premium package - and then monitored every day to ensure they're successful.
Generated leads are automatically updated on to the agent's database, ready for the agency team to convert into a new client.
Sally concludes: “We’re now also supporting agents generate vendor leads which is proving hugely successful so far, the top conversion so far, was one agent who generated 38 vendor instructions, through a single digital marketing funnel, in just over 2 months, which was an amazing result! Because of this success, we’re already planning to launch another three vendor-specific funnels over the next 12 months, to help the sales side of the businesses too.”
