Made Snappy 360 strengthens leadership team with new CEO and Sales Director appointments
Proptech company Made Snappy 360 has announced two senior leadership appointments as it accelerates plans for growth. Mark Beresford-Ward has joined as Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him over two decades of property industry experience, while Mark Douglas takes on the role of Sales Director, bringing 15 years of director-level sales expertise across a range of sectors.
These strategic hires mark a significant step in Made Snappy 360’s mission to expand its presence in the UK property technology space and deliver greater value to estate and letting agents through its virtual tour and floor plan solutions.
Beresford-Ward began his career at General Accident Property Services in the late 1990s before founding Beresford Ward Ltd in Plymouth in 2000. The agency grew to offer sales, lettings, and financial services across the region and was acquired by the Campion Group in 2022. He remained with the group post-acquisition to lead its South West operations and oversee national retirement home sales.
A qualified surveyor with a strong track record of scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams, Beresford-Ward will now guide Made Snappy 360 through its next phase of growth, with a focus on commercial expansion, innovation, and supporting agents navigating a changing regulatory landscape.
