Agent Success Manager, I get Agents in the Kerfuffle know!
I Identify Agents aims and pain points for some of the more significant ideas.
When discussing tools and tech used in the office or booking Kerfuffle M.O.T.'s, I hear frustrations. I also talk with many forward-thinking agents who want to learn and create efficacies for the customer journey or their team processes using Proptech.
I get Agents help via the right K team member who can offer expert guidance and support.
A bit like an agent agony aunt, always with a solution!
What do you enjoy most about working here?
The people and personalities in this industry. Agents, don't hold back, but Cheif Kerfuffler Simon Whale is not exactly shy! But more than that, it's the giving, helping our agent's members and money we have raised for charity.
What's your favourite hobby?
It depends on what day. I am a Jekyll and Hyde; midweek is early mornings, podcasts, mindset and a newbie to hit exercise but weekends are definitely for play!
How do you think Kerfuffle is helping agents and suppliers?
We help agents make informed decisions on the tools and tech on the market to give their people to help grow business, notably with exclusive membership deals.
It's not just knowing what's out there; it's looking at the real R.O.I. it will get their team and asking whether it improves the customer journey?
We also help agents develop their people by giving them access to the best industry-leading trainers content via the Kerfuffle Kampus.
Agency business owners get one-on-one advice in our consultancy sessions. So many go in a session at an explorative level but come out stating they can't wait to work with us more!
For suppliers, it's the golden opportunity to have a marketing reach and awareness to a segmented agent audience actively looking for solutions.

Long Island, I dont like bland, so I would instead choose a stiff flavoured drink!
