mio, the multi-award winning automated sales progression tool, is integrating with leading estate agency CRM, Reapit.
Development work and testing is well underway with a view to the full launch in May, when Reapit Foundation users will have access to install the mio App.
The two-way integration means estate agents will be able to seamlessly manage their sales progression. Reapit users will also benefit from the transparency of mio’s whole chain view and integrated consumer app connecting sellers & buyers with their agent.
Reapit customers are invited to pre-register their interest for further information about the mio sales progression integration here.
Product Director, Jon Horton, comments:
“Integration with agency CRM systems has been the missing link as mio has matured into the best sales progression platform in the market so I’m very excited about the forthcoming launch which is only weeks away. Our data partnership with Reapit will transform the way even more estate agents manage sales progression for the better. mio will help agents to build more resilient chains, create multiple efficiency gains and provide a more confident customer experience during the most complex stage of the moving process.
Double keying is removed because the Reapit record is sent to mio as soon as the status moves to ‘Under Offer’, ready for agents to build the chain view and progress in mio, while all the sales progression notes and customer chats are automatically sent back into Reapit upon completion of the sale for the agents’ own record keeping.”
