Network celebrates its high flyers at the home of the Royal Aeronautical Society
Members of the Relocation Agent Network gathered at the elegant Mayfair home of the Royal Aeronautical Society setting the stage for an extraordinary awards evening on the eve of the EA Masters conference.
RAN’s Managing Director Richard Durrant said that “With so many of the network’s members being amongst the highest achieving agents in the country, it seemed like an opportune moment to hold our annual awards evening before the EA Masters conference.”
The RAN Awards are an opportunity for our members to get together, socialise and celebrate the successes of the network over the past year. To a certain extent, the details of who won what are not as important as the overall message which is that this network is a family of like minded property professionals who appreciate that they stand to gain as much as they can give in a referral network that has a true USP that helps to add to their bottom line.”
Compered by David Mintz, the evening’s awards shone the spotlight on the accomplishments of regional winners, individual standouts, and exceptional suppliers, culminating in the recognition of an outstanding contribution award recipient.
Simon Whale, part of the RAN leadership team, remarked on the distinctive nature of the RAN awards, saying, "I've attended more than my fair share of award ceremonies. What I’ve always loved about the RAN awards is the understanding that individual achievements contribute to a collective success across the network, ensuring everyone in the room benefits. In this context, there are no losers; everyone leaves with a profound sense of pride in their impact on the network as a whole.
A poignant moment during the ceremony was the acknowledgment of the outstanding contribution made to the network and the industry by Dominic Subbiani, a well-known and cherished estate agent from FBM in Wales. Tragically diagnosed with Huntington's Disease in 2017, Dominic's award was accepted by FBM directors Tim Brace and Kelly Gardner, highlighting the profound impact he has had on the RAN community.
The evening not only celebrated individual accomplishments but also underscored the collaborative spirit that defines the Network, showcasing that together, its members continue to elevate the standards of excellence in the property industry.
The overall Agent of the year award was announced on stage at the EA Masters the following day where Thomas Morris were announced as the winners.
