Until we had ReziPM, Rezi offered a Pre-Tenancy area within the software that becomes available when a lettings offer is accepted. It allows agents to collect all the relevant information for the Landlord, Tenant, and Property prior to moving the tenants in and also allows the agent to negotiate the terms of a tenancy agreement. This was the foundation of Rezi Property Management.

What makes it different?
ReziPM is designed to remove some of the niggles often experienced in older Property Management solutions. We wanted to ensure it is better suited to the modern property management environment than other solutions available on the market.
