Top property law firm, Simply Conveyancing has recently launched their new training programme for Lawyers of the future, The Academy.

The six-month comprehensive training programme and accelerated career pathway have been carefully designed to support Simply colleagues in their journey to become qualified Conveyancers. Through a mix of classroom and on-the-job training, Academy Lawyers will be trained to run a caseload of their own with a highly professional and personal service, to support their clients through the conveyancing process.

Academy Lawyers will also complete academic training with this course by enrolling onto a CLC Conveyancing course of their choice to enhance their specialist skills and knowledge in order to obtain a formal qualification.

Academy Lawyers have been recruited from the Simply Conveyancing’s Legal Support teams and existing Legal Assistants. However, the organisation is planning additional Academy training opportunities over the coming year to further enhance the careers of its colleagues within the conveyancing sector.

Academy Lawyer Mita Begum said, “At first I was quite nervous to make the jump from Legal Assistant to Property Lawyer but I knew I wanted to progress my career and The Simply Academy is an incredible opportunity to do this. Getting on the ground training as well as managing my own caseload is going to be a fantastic challenge and I cannot wait to get started.”
