Sort Move, an online portal for Estate Agents, triumphs new business record, achieves triple-award finalist positions and reaches top 40 supplier title - all in 2021.
With the challenges of the global pandemic in 2020/21, at the time, Sort Move were a fairly new supplier on the market for Conveyancing and other estate agency services. Now, the brand’s name and reputation are growing to some impressive heights with Estate Agents and their end-clients nationwide.
In the first week of November, Sort Move had smashed their record number of instructions in a day by 57% in comparison to their previous record day. Not only are their business levels increasing, but their products are being received extremely well by their Estate Agent clients and their clients. A recent survey showed that 95% of sellers would recommend the Sort Move Fast-Start onboarding product to others selling their house.
Their ‘Fast-Start onboarding’ is just one of their innovations designed to speed up the Selling process, reducing the time to completion by 5 weeks. Along with the success of their Fast-Start product, the company’s own ‘Sale Only’ product – which is ran by their own in-house Law firm, Sort Legal - is also proving positive efficiency for clients who aren’t part of any chain, with their average time to exchange being only 7 weeks for Sale cases.
Keeping in mind these latest innovations, Sort Move have also reached the Top 40 in Kerfuffle’s Supplier List 2021 – out of a total 600 suppliers – alongside other well-known companies such as Keyzapp and Reapit in the ‘All Categories’ section.
