Sort Move’s latest software for Purchase cases connects all the Conveyancing parties, all in one place.

Communication is a vital part in any case, but it can be frustrating when communication updates are spread over multiple platforms. So why not put them into one?

Sort Move have released a new product: Case Progression. This is where the case tracking for Purchase cases is in one place for Agents, Brokers and Conveyancers to access, making it easier on the whole.

Agents can invite a Mortgage Broker to the Purchase case and both parties will receive the same updates at the same time from the Conveyancer – reducing any need to chase, as well as inputting their own updates from their side.

Mortgage Brokers will also need to update their financial milestones using a simple ‘tick box’ style on their dashboard to ensure the case is kept up to date.

Case Progression includes a section for notes and upload relevant documentation to the case.

Designed, tested and implemented by their in-house development team, the Case Progression tool is now available via their free online portal which Agents can also benefit from a number of their services and products including Surveys, Specialist Property Reports and EPCs, adding value to the customer journey and providing another income stream for them.

Tom Gilbert, Sort Move’s Head of Estate Agency, expands: “Connecting all the parties so everything is all in one place is a really simple idea, but it’s one that is going to truly help benefit our EA clients, Mortgage Brokers and Conveyancers throughout. It’s always exciting when launching new products and tools, and I can say that there’s more to come from Sort Move in the next few months – so keep your eyes open for more!”

Sort Move’s Case Progression Tool is now available to use on client’s Purchase Cases.
