Before, Sort Move’s Proptech solution was only available for Sale cases, but now with thanks to their in-house development team, the company are pleased to announce the expansion of Fast-Start onboarding for Purchase cases too. Clients who are Selling, Buying and Selling or just Purchasing, can now use Fast-Start for a quick journey to legal exchange, with time reduced by up to 44% on average.

Fast-Start is a bespoke onboarding process that allows clients to become ‘Sale and Purchase ready’ by completing all the necessary Conveyancing forms in advance. The process allows clients to complete the protocol documents via a desktop, tablet or mobile device from the comfort of their own homes. It also packages Biometric ID and AML checks, as well as digital signatures on all completed paperwork, which means that they can be accepted by the law firm once ready to progress.

One of the most common blunders in the conveyancing process is the ‘delay period’ between a case being instructed to waiting for a client to complete and return their important client documentation. This in hindsight leads valuable time lost in the transaction as the case handler can’t begin work on the case.

Since the product launch at the end of 2020, Sort Move’s innovation has achieved 3 finalists positions (one in a non-industry related award), titled EA Masters Top 40 Innovation in Estate Agent 2021, and has been highly received with 96% of end-clients recommending Fast-Start to other home sellers.

Sort Move is a free digital solution hub, for Estate Agents, offering many more products and services that include Conveyancing, Surveys, Specialist Property Reports and EPCs.
