Street.co.uk announces the release of Lettings CRM officially out of beta.
Award-winning estate agency software, Street.co.uk, has confirmed that their much-anticipated lettings software has officially launched out of beta.
The Lettings CRM, which is now feature-complete, is made with no-off-the-shelf components, and has been completed with a range of comprehensive workflows, spanning three key areas: Lettings Management, Property Maintenance, and Client Accounting.
In just 18 months, Street Lettings has already seen incredible uptake with over 100 agents already actively using the system, all collectively managing thousands of properties across the UK.
Years in the making, Street.co.uk’s Lettings CRM has been developed in-house and built entirely from scratch, following the same path as their award-winning Sales CRM. It is a solid and robust solution, perfect for both smaller independent agencies managing just a few properties, as well as larger multi-branch agencies managing high volumes of properties.
Now fully complete, the Lettings CRM has seen several enhancements across Management, Maintenance, and Accounting over the last 6 months that will take the experience for lettings agents to the next level.
Street.co.uk has streamlined the entire Lettings Management process from getting properties market-ready, to staying on top of tenancy agreements - launching features like Commercial Lettings management, and Right to Rent checks which help to facilitate smoother compliance. Alongside this, Street.co.uk has also developed revolutionary digital Property Information Questionnaires which have automated the process of collecting material information, completely eradicating the compliance headache.
As well as improvements to the property management workflow, Street Lettings boasts an industry-leading maintenance solution fully built into the CRM - which is revolutionising how maintenance requests are managed through accompanying mobile apps for landlords and tenants, all processed via the CRM. Guided by an easy-to-follow workflow, tenants can now quickly submit maintenance requests via the app, with all information syncing directly with the CRM, transforming a painstakingly manual process into one of streamlined productivity.

Street.co.uk’s Dashboard, which saw over 66% user uptake within days of launch, contains over 50 data-rich widgets showing everything from tracking goals, noting inspections, and even pulling active maintenance requests.
