Street.co.uk’s AI Maintenance tool, which cuts inbound maintenance requests by 20%, allows tenants to effortlessly self-serve for property issues via their Tenant App.
Tenants renting through agents on Street.co.uk will have a next-level lettings experience, with instant advice on all common maintenance problems directly within the app, including damp, mould, blocked sinks, lighting, and more. Accessible 24 hours a day, tenants can get support around the clock, instead of being constrained to office hours, as well as access quick links for assistance regarding property emergencies. Street.co.uk’s AI Maintenance tool will see around 1 in 5 jobs being resolved by self-serving tenants, with no intervention required by the agent.
Where AI Maintenance Reporting is unable to instantly resolve the issues, tenants are prompted to provide further detail to contextualise the request. In these cases, agents receive a detailed report supported by photos and videos, giving them a better understanding of the issue, helping them instruct the right contractor first time, and subsequently reducing lingering requests.
Street.co.uk’s new AI Maintenance workflow is built with automated notifications which keep agents, landlords, and tenants in the loop at all times. Agents typically have over 20 touchpoints for every maintenance request they receive. This new workflow cuts that drastically, minimising any of the back-and-forth traditionally associated with maintenance and replacing it with live CRM and in-app updates.
Thanks to the uptake of one of Street.co.uk’s most successful recent features, the KPI Dashboard, agents can easily keep track of all requests for simple and stress-free task management.
