Leading outsourced communication provider Moneypenny has appointed Joanne Tattum, former head of the estate agent sector, as head of its new partnership team.
The move will see Joanne take responsibility for developing and consolidating strategic relationships with referral organisations, key stakeholders and industry partners across all of Moneypenny’s priority sectors - which include legal, finance, property, care, corporate and franchising.
Samantha Jones, head of business development at Moneypenny said: “By creating a partnership specific role we’ll be able to take a much more strategic view of how we work with others, and look to maximise those relationships, unlock new business and add further value to our customers.
“Joanne has a wealth of relationship building skills that make her perfect for this role, not to mention her knowledge of and enthusiasm for all things Moneypenny too.”
Joanne Tattum, Moneypenny’s new partnership manager said: “Relationships underpin business and they’ve been crucial over the last few years, particularly as we adapted to the challenges of the pandemic. I’m excited to put my skills to work in this new role and to really help Moneypenny build its network of people that share our passion for exceptional customer care.
“I’ve loved my time working closely with the property sector, but I relish the opportunity to work across so many sectors and champion what Moneypenny is all about.”
Sharon Boyle will take over as the head of Moneypenny’s property sector team – which provides call handling and live chat services to hundreds of estate and letting agents, housebuilders, developers and housing associations across the UK.
