The Depositary - unlimited free training

Ensuring that our agent community keep up with our constantly evolving platform and the release of new features and also learn about best practice methodology we have decided to offer unlimited free training as of today. Our agents will have the choice of how they wish to adopt this - they can choose to join either of the two pre-scheduled sessions each month or can look to schedule a bespoke session for their own staff (for which two simple terms will apply).

Our scheduled sessions this month will be this Thursday (10th) at 2:30 pm and then on Tuesday 22nd Feb at 11:30 am. Going forwards, our monthly scheduled sessions will be in the 2nd & 4th week of each month and there will be a mid-morning and mid-afternoon session to accommodate most businesses' preferences. As stated, any of our agents wanting to schedule a session exclusively for their team our only two conditions will be that at least 5 team members attend a session and we can only do one session per quarter per client.

Ensuring that our agents and their teams understand the full capability of our platform, its rich features and our partner integrations are vital in ensuring that they leverage the most possible from our platform and get the best results from it. Whether you are looking to return deposits faster, achieve a higher % of proposed charges or save that team member even more time - these sessions will help your team soar!

Excitingly, the community sessions will also give our agents the ability to share things they have learned to date for the benefit of the whole. Bringing our industry together, for the benefit of all, is something at the very core of what we are doing here at The Depositary.

Alongside this, we will soon be announcing our monthly 'innovation' sessions. The idea behind this is to give our community a look at what we have in the pipeline for the platform and to gather their insights. This will help us know which products and features to prioritise, potentially refine how they work/are used and also identify new ideas we hadn't yet thought of.

We always wanted to ensure our agents get incredible value from working with us and we are therefore delighted to strengthen our offering in this way- with more exciting announcements in the coming weeks ahead.
