The estate agency and lettings agency communities have spoken - here are the winners of this year's EA Masters Best Estate Agency Supplier Awards...

The overall winner of the EA Masters Best Estate Agency Supplier Award was Inventory Hive –a cloud-based property reporting and 360° virtual tour software provider. Chief Kerfuffler Simon Whale commented “Inventory Hive has been helping agents streamline the inventory process as well as offering first-class support behind the product. From everyone at Kerfuffle, many congratulations." 

The awards are voted for by estate agents and lettings agents via survey shared through Property Academy. The survey asks agents to rate their suppliers based on how likely they would be to recommend them. Reviews on Kerfuffle also accounted for 25% of the scores.

In addition to the guide ratings, awards are also presented to the best performing small, medium and large businesses which is based on size of operation. An overall winner across all three categories is then identified as The Best Estate Agency Supplier of the Year.

And over the course of the 6 month EA Masters programme, Kerfuffle has revealed The Top 40 Best Estate Agency Supplier Innovators. Dataloft Inform was crowned as the Best Estate Agency Innovation 2021.
