tmgroup achieve company first with Top Employer accreditation
tmgroup are delighted to announce that they have been accredited as a UK Top Employer for 2021 with a ‘One Star’ rating. This puts them in very good company with larger and more established businesses audited by Top Employer - including KP Snacks, Capco, AWE and Kaplan – who have also gone above and beyond to create a positive business culture.
This accreditation marks a first in the company’s history, and spans across the entire group – including Conveyancing Data Services (CDS), mio and Property Searches Scotland. It’s all-the-more rewarding for being achieved in the midst of a global pandemic with the majority of employees working from home too, as Joe Pepper, CEO of tmgroup comments:
