TouchRight and Plentific - what’s next?
At the start of the year, TouchRight was acquired by Plentific. The team is excited to join the Plentific business, giving TouchRight customers access to more features, solutions and resources. However, day-to-day it’s still business-as-usual, with the same team and systems in place.

TouchRight has always been a big advocate of integrations between platforms, so with that in mind, an integration with the Plentific’s Repairs Manager is in development and will be released in March. It will enable repairs identified in a TouchRight report to be pushed to Plentific, and managed through the contractor marketplace for a swift resolution.
