Veco unveils an all-new, multi-discipline CRM software designed to ‘save agents time and money’. The new feature-rich product has been launched for on-the-go agents to maximise efficiency and boost productivity across their branches.
The new cloud-based software, Veco Plus, delivers leading-edge technology to streamline processes and automate tasks across core business functions related to sales, lettings, property management and client accounting.
Veco Plus aims to achieve these results through its extensive feature range, including genuine CRM attributes which will help agents manage leads, identify opportunities and progress all potential revenue streams.
With responsive access to the software available from any device, Veco Plus delivers self-service functionality, which will present an ‘always open’ perception to full-service agencies. Veco Plus is the first software covering core business functions, to deliver built-in, pre-tenancy functionality that allows agents to streamline routine administrative tasks through their unique business process workflow, internally and externally.
The pre-tenancy functionality and self-service feature, enables applicants to interact with an agent at their convenience, bringing flexibility into the online application process. Applicants can quickly and easily submit information, upload documents, enter referencing details and make payments at any time.
