Ros has been fantastic, always going above and beyond. We could not do half of what we wanted to without her.
Beware -
Loyal customer of nearly 3 years being treated badly by Acaboom because what we were sold is not what happens in reality. We are being asked to pay for 3 branches even though we now only have one branch. We were told at the outset data could be moved. The reality is you don't or won't move data. We refused to pay and now they are sending solicitor letters because we have left and wont pay the 3 months notice period. What for ?

The best investment we made this year
We have been blown away with the whole process of Acaboom. The initial sales pitch from Suzanna had us sign up immediately, Maria did an unbelievable job of managing our onboarding and since using the software we have found our processes are easier and clients (and staff!) are super impressed. It even integrates with our CRM. We are now looking at integrating this into our other brands.

Rarely does a company deliver above the initial investment, Acaboom has helped us move our offering to clients and increased both conversion and fees. Since the beginning of the year we have seen an increase in instruction conversion both at point of valuation by 4% and 9% increase within two weeks of the valuation. More telling was the amount of direct instructions we had during lockdown where we were able to let Acaboom show clients what we can deliver above just telling them, Acaboom was the bridge between the initial call and the video valuation. I truly believe the ability to demonstrate verbally and visually has helped increase our fees by 4.75% since the beginning of the year, Acaboom has been one of the best investments we have ever made.

It sets us apart from our competitors
I used Acaboom before in my last business across 10 offices and it was one of my must haves. When I opened up on my own this year I considered it essential even before buying a CRM I needed Acaboom! It sets us apart from our competitors and I get constant comments from our vendors that they were ‘blown away with what we sent’ and chose us as a result. It does so much more than this with helping with prospecting and staying in touch automatically so we can be out selling without worrying about staying in touch with our database. I would say it is a must have for any agent to be successful

Very easy to use software which has meant we have a consistent approach to both pre valuations and post valuation follow ups across all our branchs. Great we can see when clients view it via the automated alerts so we can make the appropriate phone calls at the right time.
