Great coverage, lack proactivity
As a multi-branch company, it is really convenient for us to utilise a company that can cover almost all of our coverage areas with their various franchisees. The drawback is the lack of flexibility and proactivity with their ordering system and for anything outside of the 'norm'. Most agents will require sponsorship boards or similar to be erected around the local area, this is where they fall down! A poor ordering system doesn't allow for much flexibility. We have found them to be unhelpful at times has led their superiors to sort it out, which is a shame. All issues were resolved, although it shouldn't have gotten that far!
