We fit between the portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc) and your CRM and automatically assess your leads for you. We can work just on the lettings side or both sales and lettings (we use two very different techniques for each). For Letting Agents, we implement a filter process so you see the golden leads (and can avoid the tyre kickers) - don't worry, you won't miss out on any leads. For the Sales side, we help nurture your leads so they value you even more.
The Agent Response system works all hours, meaning you can progress leads even while you're closed. 10pm email on a Sunday night? No problem, we'll convert them into a prime lead ready for Monday morning and your prospect leads will always feel their query is being taken care of.
