This is an absolute no brainier, we were listing lettings properties, obtaining about 50+ emails and 50+ calls per day, especially with rentals in East London and it was very annoying, we couldn't get on with our day and couldn't actually focus on new business. It was literally tenant after tenant, we used to unlist properties so we wouldn't get the calls.

Agent Response basically texts the tenant when they enquire via Rightmove, Zoopla or whatever and gets them to fill in a form listing their name, address, number, employment details, earnings, etc and just saves time to prequalify your tenant. It means you dont get millions of calls and can focus on quality.

What a great bit of prop tech. I often struggle to find the value that a lot of prop tech promises. Agent responses delivers on every level if you value time. Time is te biggest cost to most estate agencies and in short agent response will give you back time so you staff can perform more productive tasks, rather than spending all their day handling inquiries that are of poor quality. If you a busy lettings agent then this is a must have.

We've been using agent response for less than a month but the fact it helps us qualify hundreds of inbound leads from the portals has saved us hours and hours already. Highly recommend for your lettings operation and to boot Mike is a top bloke who has been really helpful. If only all suppliers had the same mindset and attitude as him!

We are now receiving only pre qualified serious leads rather than the leads where they have just clicked on every property availiable. We get to see enough information about the prospective tenants to know if they qualify for a property before we have even spoke to them!

Agent response is a tool we now could not live without, for us it acts essentially as virtual negotiator filtering out any leads that are not 100% serious and allowing my team to focus their time on the leads that are more likely to convert.
