Amazing customer service
The agentOS customer service team are excellent and so patient with me. I call them regularly if I have an issue and they are superb. Highly recommend.

Cant log on
I cant log onto the system and the staff domt seem to be able to resolve the issue.

Poor Support
With frustration it took 24 hours to get some password assistance with Agent

Hi Ray, We are very sorry to read your review. Unfortunately your request went to our support team during our christmas close period. We did let all clients know about this via email, social media and google opening hours. We did however manage to resolve your issue for you as soon as we were able during this christmas closed period (which was within 24 hours). Also worth noting for future password resets that companies can reset their own staff passwords at the right user level, which everyone in your office has. We understand this can be frustrating that we were closed. However we had set in place various ways to cover this such as HelpDesk Articles and auto responders as well as making sure clients were informed. Awesome Jake!
Jake is awesome! He responded so quickly. Although I had follow-up questions, he replied to me patiently. My interaction with Jake is swift and I feel comfortable with him.
Very Helpful and Professional
I received support/training from Holly, who was absolutely brilliant. I had made a list of what I wanted to work through, one by one Holly explained how to resolve and what is best practise. Has now made my life SO much easier. Thank you Holly, much appreciated!
