Overview
Assist Inventories is a fully outsourced inventory provider with a Multi Award-Winning reputation for providing unrivalled customer service and an exemplary level of quality property inventory reports, check ins, check outs, mid term inspections and commercial inventories. We are relied upon by some of the most prestigious brands in property, property management companies, and developers.
Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do. Each client receives an onboarding meeting to fully understand their requirements and systems, this enables us to create a bespoke workflow for them, normally eliminating all agent admin for any inventory related services.
Our reports are meticulously detailed and contain hundreds of embedded and date stamped photos, laid out on a template which is concise and easy to follow. Our unique systems and reports have enabled us to discourage deposit scheme mediation, and on the rare occasion it happens, to have an extremely high success rate.
With 30+ clerks, and 3 office staff plus owner with previous letting agency management experience, we understand that looking after your landlord's; looks after your business... dont loose a landlord because the cheapest inventory provider was your preferred option, sell them the best solution for their investment, and earn commission.
