Blinc offers a mutually beneficial service through a Deposit Replacement Scheme (DRS). It creates an opportunity for your tenants to save upfront costs, as well as making landlord property more attractive for tenants. In turn, this creates a healthy income stream for your estate agency business.

It is a stand-alone product from Blinc-UK therefore, there is no need for integration with tenant referencing services. This enables letting agents to start earning additional income right from the word go, without altering any other aspect of the existing letting process.

Blinc buys insurance for each DRS from an FCA regulated insurer with a Standard and Poor's A+ rating. The landlord and letting agent both benefit from this insurance. The disputes are handled by HF Resolutions independently and follow current deposits schemes.

The letting agents get a commission from Blinc for each deal. This process creates new opportunities and benefits for letting agents, tenants and landlords. Blinc provides full support at every stage of the deal, resulting in an easy and streamlined process throughout.
