Having been with HSBC for 4 years and going through safeguard reviews, we received their dreaded letter confirming our accounts would be closed. This made us feel like we had done something seriously wrong, only to find out that they had made a mistake and our accounts would stay open. However, the stress and disappointment with HSBC was some what overwhelming and our journey with Calmony began. Even from the first phone call with our dedicated Accounts Manager Gareth, we felt positive and relaxed. Changing our clients over was easy and the dedicated support continues.
