We're renowned for, and take great pride in our customer service, so traditionally we've always opted to keep the sales progression part of the sale process "in-house" with
dedicated sale progressors liaising on a regular basis with all parties involved in the chain. However, due to some rather unforeseen circumstances we were left with the choice of completely over-loading our progressors with too many cases - or working with a third-party provider who could take over part-progressed cases as well as newly instructed sales. Something that we had never even considered before. From the first contact with ASAP, I was impressed with their professionalism and structure. From the off, it was clear that this was a company that values systems and processes - which I think is especially essential for handling this part of the sales process. Sarah Reid was
friendly, helpful, prompt and professional and in all honesty, she set some quite high expectations about the service that I was impressed with, but thought almost sounded too good to be true. Needless to say that the team absolutely delivered on their promises. Even the most "traditionally minded' and previously TOTALLY averse outsourcing ANY part of the sale - never mind sales progression - were surprisingly impressed with the knowledge, consistency and communication of the team they were working with
including, most importantly, our customers. For a number of reasons, we will always opt to manage our sales progression in-house. But should we ever be in a position where we need a bit of help to make sure our standards don't drop, my first call will be to Sarah. I cannot speak for the experience of others, but based on our own experience, I
would have no issue recommending Complete ASAP.

I have been using ASAP for the last 2 years and can honestly say they are brilliant. My sales progressor, Helen Mayfield, or otherwise known as "the hounder" does exactly what she says she is going to do, when she says she will do it saving me so much time and money, which as a sole trader is invaluable. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she does actually feel like a team member as her communication is second to none. My buyers and vendors have nothing but praise for her and recognise what a great job she does in the current market in getting them moved. My only hope is that I don't lose her as she would be sorely missed, and a huge gap would be left in my business.

These guys are brilliant, the regular e-mail updates gives my team the ability to monitor progress on every sale, whilst providing the freedom to concentrate on valuations, instructions and sales . Our exceptional relationship with our sales progressors enables us to trouble shoot and get involved in the process only if we need to in a supporting role. In recent sales ASAP's sales progressors have been the difference in a difficult sale reaching exchange instead of being a fall through and their willingness to go above and beyond has really impressed me. The bonus is they're all really nice people to deal with. I was not sold on the idea being a long serving agent, but the proof of the pudding is it works so well.
