Your Financial Consultant/s will give daily appointment feedback, generally during the morning meetings or however you do your daily team updates.

Reviews
We provide mortgage and protection advice for businesses including Your Move, Reeds Rains, and Mortgage Gym.
A commission rate percentage is agreed based on levels of banked business. We pay the same rate of commission on new and anniversary cases to our partners.
Management account statements are issued monthly and commission is paid monthly on the net banked amount on your account.
Setup / Onboarding
Once a completed application form is returned signed, along with I.D and proof of address the approval process will take on average three to four weeks.
During this approval period will we begin working on a range dual branded marketing including social media videos, whilst also discussing and agreeing on a business plan to make sure no time is lost once approval is granted.
Training & Support
Initially, we provide training videos - how to book mortgage and tenant protection appointments. We recommend all staff members who have contact with customers watch these videos. Your Financial Consultant/s and local Management Team will provide further training through- coaching, role-plays, observations, Rightmove call feedback. We can adapt to your training requirements.
Additionally we will set out quarterly reviews between the Business Account Manager, assigned Financial Consultant and the Office Manager to discuss current result against business plan, any areas of improvement, and any additional marketing or coaching required.
