We started using IRE in December and we wouldn't ever want to go back to our old method of handling tenant enquiries. IRE saves so much time and we can be 100% confident that all portal enquiries are responded to and prospective tenants can book in a viewing 24/7 even when our office is closed. Lou-Ann provides the best proptech support I've experienced in my ten years in the industry. She replies to any queries really quickly and we've had several training sessions over Zoom. We can just book training whenever we feel we need it. It's a breath of fresh air compared to other suppliers in the industry. Charley in sales was also a pleasure to deal with.
