I decided to move from my current telephone answering service due to lack of communication and customer care. I was offered a no obligation 7 day trial so I decided to try Face For Business. I was so pleased I did. The set up was easy and Mike took me through each step making sure I was happy. The main advantage that I noticed straight away was that I could listen to each call. I could also send feedback on the calls to the PA. My calls were answered professionally and friendly which supported my brand perfectly.
