As agents we have been offering Flatfair to our landlords and tenants for over 2 yeas now. The benefit to our tenants has been a massive help saving them upfront costs, plus giving the extra security to our landlords know they have the potential to claim more than a traditional deposit will allow if needed. The system is very easy to use, as we integrate with Reapit, and the support team are always there to help.

As a letting agent, I love to use Flatfair. I think it is of a benefit to the Tenant as it can save them upfront costs whilst giving piece of mind to the Landlord. We have recently been unlocking Tenants traditional deposits and upgrading to Flatfair instead. Tenants are so grateful for the extra cash in their pockets! From an agent perspective the support is quick and helpful with a really user friendly platform. Thank you Flatfair!

Been using Flatfair since 2018 as part of my job, the end of tenancy process is extremely quick and efficient whilst remaining impartial to both tenants and landlords. Behind the scenes they are always easy to get hold of and get the rare issue sorted quickly. Very knowledgeable team and one of the best deposit alternative systems out there!

As a letting agent I personally love flatfair. It gives our tenants the option for cheaper upfront costs and our landlords a better level of cover. Whats not to love!

We have had great experience using Flatfair, the offering to our Landlords is excellent ensuring that they have the highest level of protection against end of tenancy deductions. We get a good uptake from Tenants and the end of tenancy process is simple to do via their portal. Our account manager Collette is also fab - always on hand when we need her!
