Excellent, trustworthy referral service
GetAgent provide an excellent service for both prospective sellers and real estate professionals. Not only connecting vendors with the best agents in their area but offering clients a range of options with performance backed data before securely passing their contact details on. They operate a simple, yet effective portal that's not only easy to use, but also provides agents with useful market insights, prompt reminders and sales progression assistance. Their support team are swift to respond and very easy to work with. Great firm, excellent tool, 5 stars from us.
Excellent Tool for Expanding
We often receive business from having this tool connected with our platform, my favourite part about GetAgent is the quality of the leads it provides, with phone calls more often than not leading to promising business. It really helps that the clients are able to see past performances, as a top performing agent, this is huge for us being able to justify our fees and services.

Get Ahead with GetAgent
I have been working with GetAgent since their inception almost 10 years ago, and over that time they have improved their tech, website, service and commercial offer, as well as the key data and analytics I need to continue to find ways to be 'the best'. And having access to vendor leads I wouldn't necessarily have had access to, simply brings a new converting lead source into our overall marketing mix. I definitely recommend GetAgent to all my franchised agents.
'Best' finally beats 'Best Known'...
GetAgent is a great lead generation tool for small businesses without large marketing budgets. They provide leads you would otherwise iss out on, and level the playing field against those who 'shout the loudest' and instead focus on 'who is the best'. If you consistently perform top of your class for the most important metrics such as '% of asking price achieved', then they will proactively recommend your agency to homeowners in those areas who may not have heard about you.
Their fees are a standard % of the full sales fee and are paid on completion, meaning that you are in total control of what you charge. It is also in GetAgent's interest for these sales to complete for the highest price, so rather than being a leach they are on the same side as the agent as the seller - the higher the sale price, the more the seller receives, the higher the sales fee is, the more the agent and GetAgent get paid - win/win/win.
In my opinion, the only agents who dislike GetAgent are the ones who charge low fees (so they look at GetAgent's cut as 'expensive') and underperform for their clients (so they don't get chosen over higher acheiving competitors).
With GetAgent, the property industry is no longer a popularity contest and is about who is the best - exactly as it should be.
No brainer!
A real no brainer.. Getagent find you the leads. They remind you if you haven’t called them. We meet up and give the customer a quality service. We sell the property. We get paid. What’s not to like?

Total scamsters we cancelled them March 2020 we didn't hear from the again until much later on in the year they suddenly appeared and began pursuing us for a completion that did come from them but their fees were well out of bed. They were trying to charge us 70% of our sales fee to client. This is because we offer flat fee and the % fee didn't work out. When we accepted the instruction we explained over the phone the fees were wrong however that person who agreed to adjust the invoice wasn't there post covid lockdown one. I was willing to pay them their cut so whatever the percentage is of our flat fee. They began threatening us court action and harassing us. I sent the part payment of their invoice the amount they should have been entitled to. This wasn't good enough. They then tried to say they didn't receive notice to cancel the 2 x monthly subscriptions many months earlier and out of the blue raided our business card for approx 22 payments in one go. My bank agreed this was fraud and returned the payments. I forwarded them 'signed for post' evidence of us cancelling the membership in March 2020. My next step would have been to send the a cease and desist letter via our lawyers. To summarise the service they provide is to muscle in and help themselves to estate agents fees after all the hard work that is involved and they want hundreds of pounds for simply passing a lead full stop. There is also more to it in the background as they play games such as emailing 'your own clients' trying to get them to switch to other agents for payment. I was shocked at their lack of desire to 'work with the agents' had their attitude been better I am sure that there is a way it could have worked. We are a based from home business model. Husband and wife team in our local town I then spotted that they actively claim to support high street agents and they actually have a 'how good are online agents' page on their website where they suggest a High Street agent - which we are not, they advise against using an agent charging a flat fee. They were actively touting for business from us knowing they don't recommend our business model. Yet many estate agents regardless of their business model, in our area, charge a flat feel. Far too many unhelpful contradictions can be found. There is a much simpler way to get an agent - Google - type in estate agents in Newcastle Great Park or Gosforth for example and they all come up alongside their Google reviews. Or you could look them up on Facebook and get an idea of the brand and enquire regarding fees. Theres another really old fashioned way and just look for 'sold' boards in your area. By going directly to the agent a fair fee can be charged rather than us having to inflate our fees in include Get Agents cut. Valuable lessons learned and cut out the middle man.
