HBB Solutions is a specialist chain repair and part exchange company. Put simply, we buy property quickly and with our own money. We can help you keep chains together, and win new instructions by including our proposition within your marketing to customers and developers.
Working with us is really easy. There are no contracts, no set up costs, and we can start making offers on properties today. We typically can make a firm offer within 48 hours of talking to you, and can complete a sale in as little as 7 days if needed.
We work as an extension of your team, so we're happy to talk to your client if you want us to, or we're happy to work in the background and let you keep control of the sale (you can even white label our service if you'd prefer).

We repair stuck and broken property chains. We do this by stepping in and buying the problem property quickly and for cash. We can buy anywhere in the chain.

The trade off for a quick, guaranteed sale is that we do buy properties at a discount. That discounts starts from as little as 8% and the actual offer we make will depend on several factors including whether the transaction is 'stamp duty exempt' or not (chain repair, relocation, selling an inherited property, and relocation all qualify for an exemption). Where there is an exemption we pass that benefit on to your customer through a higher offer.
One of the benefits of partnering with us is that any property that we buy through you is then relisted back with you to sell again - so you have the opportunity to earn two commissions from the same transaction.
Setup / Onboarding
There are no set up fees, contracts or long onboarding processes involved. All we need are some basic details about the property you want an offer on, your contact details, and an idea of what you think the property will sell for with 4-6 weeks marketing. We'll then do our own research and value the property before coming back with a firm offer.
There is no obligation to proceed with our offer, and it costs nothing to get an offer, so there is no risk to you, your business or your customer.
If you want marketing support to help promote our services to your customers then we can provide you with co-branded or white-labelled digital media (web content, leaflets and social ads).
Training & Support
Working with us is easy. Once you've made contact one of our Client Services Managers will become your primary point of contact, and they will keep you informed about progress on any opportunities you send through to us.
We can provide you with marketing materials to help promote our service to your customers, and this can be co-branded or white-labelled, and we're always happy to join you for team meetings or wider briefing sessions to help answer any questions around how we work and how we can help.
