Excellent company! We've used them for over a decade and have always been extremely satisfied with their service and advice.
Referencing Done Right
We have worked with HM for several years now and they have always given us an amazing service. Happy to help with any queries and have had to go above and beyond on many occasions. Would highly recommend their referencing services and our tenants also use their Insurances services and have never had any issues. Keep up the great work!
By far the best referencing company
Over the years we have used a number of referencing agencies and HM Referencing are by far the best referencing company on the market . Steph and Sarah are always available to speak to on the phone, deliver an efficient service and in-depth references. Thank you for all you help.
Helpful and proactive
HM have been great from the start. Over the years, we have had offers from other referencing companies but never got on with them like we do with HM.
The access to the portal is great, easy to use.
Shout out to Sarah Jones who is always quick to act and very helpful!
Initially Fantastic
Following our move to HM, and initially their service was exceptional, in terms of speed of referencing and quality of information flow. Expensive, but will references back in less than 24 hours, we have incredibly happy landlords. Unfortunately following several key staff changes, we were no longer able to continue working with them as the service became worst we have experienced in this sector. So much promise, very disappointing.
